Our Programs & Curriculum

Visible Progress, Purposeful Learning

A structured, evidence-informed alternative to traditional, un-tracked martial arts ranking.

01

01 / Structured Timeline

13-Week Framework

Every class program fits into an intentional, highly organized 13-week semester framework. Instead of a vague timeline, our students follow an exact technical roadmap so they know exactly what core positions they are studying each week.

02

02 / Technical Self-Check

Progress Tracking

Students receive a physical Gentle Method Report Card engineered entirely for self-review and structural tracking. It serves as an objective reference tool for students to audit their own capabilities and verify their technical retention.

03

03 / Adaptive Development

Tailor-Made Standards

Our 3-Level architecture is designed to flexibly adapt directly to the students on the floor. Rather than watering down traditional standards or handing out empty ranks, we focus on genuine, measurable personal growth and real technical competence.

Program Groups

A developmentally appropriate path for every student.

Typical ages are a guide, not universal cutoffs. Age bands vary by community centre; check the registration listing for exact eligibility, or contact us if your child is near a boundary.

Toddlerstypically ages 3-6

Spatial awareness, physical literacy, animal-movement drills, and core body coordination.

Kidstypically ages 7-9

Fundamental positional control, defensive boundaries, confidence building, and collaborative team sparring.

Teenstypically ages 10-15

Proactive self-preservation, kinetic leverage, managing peer pressure, and structured problem-solving under light pressure.

Adultstypically ages 16+

Technical mastery, kinetic chess, physical fitness, and structural leverage mechanics over raw athletic force.

Parents & Toddlers

A welcoming first step onto the mats for toddlers and their caregivers. Through playful movement, simple Jiu-Jitsu games, and close parent participation, little ones build balance, coordination, body awareness, and confidence together in a calm, supportive setting. No prior experience is needed.

Core Teaching System

Our Developmental Pillars

A structured training system focused on foundational physical literacy, defensive boundaries, and adaptive coaching tailored to fit all skill levels.

Locomotion & Coordination

Building fundamental physical literacy and body awareness. We use engaging locomotor drills to develop agility, spatial orientation, and safe body mechanics.

De-escalation & Anti-Bullying

Establishing unshakeable personal boundaries. Students learn realistic verbal de-escalation tactics combined with distance management to stay safe and resolve conflict without aggression.

Practical Self-Defense

Engineered entirely for tactical survival and control. Our system teaches highly effective, leverage-based mechanical responses to neutralize physical threats safely.
